This site is located in a fragment of forest on the recently developed Cynwyd Heritage Trail near the Schuylkill River.

 

Inspired by the dynamic qualities of this site: the dramatically changing elevation, quality of light, vegetation, and wetness, this proposed path from the trail to a waterfall enhances the experience of these qualities for the visitor by activating edge conditions within the site.
